Rooms to rent

• Room hire is £40 (+VAT) per day. This equates to £173(+VAT) per month for one day per week, or £346 (+VAT) per month for two days per week.
• Room hire includes light, heat, power & wireless internet, and shared value from website and marketing
• All rooms have intercom to the front door that allows the centre to be locked & for tenants to control who enters/exits the buildings
• Invoices are generated a month in advance and are payable upon receiptand a bond of £100 for each days hire is required
• Full time room hire tenancy is also available. Rates on request
